Fall/Winter (Talent Identification)
This program will be a continuation of on the water training with more one on one instruction and a much lower ratio of coach to athlete interaction.
This program is intended to provide age appropriate exercise designed to improve individual physical fitness as well as other sport activities geared toward team building. Five sessions per week are provided with the expectation that participants will attend a minimum of three. Participants are expected to continue training during the full summer program as well as represent the club at local Regattas.
The schedule starting in September is Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 4:30pm to 6:15pm, Saturday and Sunday mornings.
