High Performance Tier 2 (Podium Preparation)
This program is a coach led, year round program designed to teach athletes how to train, set goals and improve overall performance. Participating in a more disciplined training program with the introduction to swimming sessions, ski camps, Spring training camps as well as participation at Nationals. Athletes u15 are required to continue training during the full summer program and represent the club at local Regattas. Athletes not participating in "away training" may attend the Fall/Spring coach led sessions.
