Winter/Spring (Talent Identification)
These programs are intended to provide age appropriate exercise designed to improve individual physical fitness as well as other sport activities geared toward team building. Five sessions per week are provided with the expectation that participants will attend a minimum of three. Participants are expected to continue training during the full summer program as well as represent the club at local Regattas
