U14 Full Summer Program

The U14 program is for participants ages 13 and 14, participant would be born in 2005 and 2006

The program consists of the following:
- Boating and water/safety education; build water sense and safety awareness
- Learn to train; following a structured paddling session
- Learn to paddle with proper technique
- Specialize in either a canoe or kayak
- Coordination and balance; become comfortable and confident in boats
- Become proficient in paddling and singles and team boats
- Skill building in all forms of Canoe/Kayak
- Racing singles and team boats
- Introduction to fitness and strength education; develop speed and strength, and build general endurance
- Introduction to nutrition education
- Organizational skill building

Cost for program: $972.00 (online price) $945 (if paying by cheque)
